INOI limited warranty

The Manufacturer's warranty is provided for products under the brand «INOI» (further – «Products»).

1. The consumer has the right to repair the Product free of charge at an Authorized service center if the Product has a manufacturing or design defect during the warranty period.

2. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase of the Product. Products may consist of several different parts, and different parts may have different warranty periods. The warranty period is valid subject to compliance with the rules of operation of the Product. However, the warranty period is limited to The product's service life.

The manufacturer is not responsible for any possible damage caused directly or indirectly By products of the appropriate purpose, as a result of loss, damage or alteration of data and information.

The manufacturer is not responsible for maintaining the Product version of the SOFTWARE installed at the time of purchase or modified during the service life without the Manufacturer's participation. The manufacturer recommends that you always use the latest version of the SOFTWARE in your product.

We strongly recommend that you contact the ASC if you encounter any problems related to the operation and performance of the Product.

3. The service life of the Product, including the battery, charger, memory card, active auxiliary audio/media devices supplied in the kit - 24 months from the date of manufacture of the Product (set), including the date of manufacture. The warranty does not cover cases, bags, holders, replacement panels, cables, or other accessories.
At the end of the Product's service life, the Manufacturer recommends contacting an Authorized Service Center (ASC) for preventive maintenance and obtaining recommendations for further safe operation of the Product.

4. The warranty card is valid only if the model, product serial number, date of sale, and clear seals of the seller are correctly and clearly indicated. The model and serial number of the products must correspond to those specified in the warranty card.
If these conditions are violated, or if the data specified in the warranty card is changed, erased, or rewritten, the warranty card is considered invalid.

5. Inoi's obligations in the event of a warranty claim
If the product is found to be defective during the warranty period and you file a claim against the Manufacturer in accordance with the terms of the warranty, the manufacturer, at Its sole discretion and in accordance with the provisions of consumer law:

(i) repair Products using new or used spare parts that are equivalent to new ones in terms of performance and reliability; or
(ii) replace the Product with a new product that is at least functionally identical to the product being replaced; or
(iii) returns the cost of the Product if it is returned.

When a Product or part is replaced or the price paid is refunded, any replacement item becomes your property, and the item that was replaced or refunded becomes the property of the Manufacturer.

6. Warranty service options

The manufacturer provides warranty service for one of the following options.

(i) Self-service delivery to a service center. The Manufacturer may request that the Product be returned to a retail store or to an authorized manufacturer's service representative providing such service. Products can be sent for service to the ASC. Upon receipt of the end of service notice, you can immediately pick up your Products from the retail store or ASC, or the Manufacturer will notify you that the ASC will ship the Products directly to your address.
(ii)Sending service by mail. If the Manufacturer's representatives decide to send the product for service by mail, the Manufacturer will send you a paid waybill, as well as, if necessary, packing materials and instructions on how to properly pack and ship the Products so that you can send the Products to the repair service or the ASC office. At the end of the service, the ASC will return the Products to you. The Manufacturer shall pay the shipping costs of the Products in both directions, provided that all packing and shipping instructions for the Products are followed.

7. The Manufacturer's warranty does not apply to - third-party software, settings, content, data or links, whether included or into the Products, or included during installation, assembly, shipment or at any other stage of delivery, or acquired by the consumer in any other way. The consumer is not guaranteed that any software will meet his requirements or be compatible with hardware or software provided by a third party, or that the operation of any software will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that all software defects are recoverable or eliminated.

- normal wear and tear (including but not limited to wear on camera lenses, batteries or displays), defects caused by rough handling (including but not limited to defects caused by sharp objects, bending, squeezing, dropping, etc.), or defects or damage caused by improper use of the Product (examples are given in the Product user manual), and (or) d) other actions beyond the reasonable control of the Product manufacturer.

- defects or suspected defects caused by the use of the Product in conjunction with software or when connecting to any products, accessories and / or services that are not supplied by the manufacturer of the Products, or the use of the Products for other purposes. Defects can be caused by viruses due to unauthorized access by a consumer or a third party to services, other accounts, computer systems or networks. Unauthorized access can be carried out through hacking, password guessing, or a whole range of other means.
- defects caused by a short circuit of the battery, violation of the insulation of the battery compartment or batteries, including if there are signs of manipulation with them, as well as if the battery was used in a different equipment for which it was intended.
- defects related to non-compliance of standards or technical regulations of power supply, cable, telecommunication networks, radio signal power, including due to the features of the relief and other similar external factors, use of the product at the border or outside the network coverage area, connection to the product of other inappropriate or faulty external devices;
- Products that have been opened, altered or repaired by an unauthorized person if repaired with unauthorized parts or if the Product serial number, date code for mobile accessories, or International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) have been removed, erased, damaged in any way, altered or illegible, as determined at the sole discretion of the manufacturer or importer of the Products.

9. The SIM card, cellular and / or other network or system with which the Products operate are provided by a third party operator. As such, responsibility for the operation, compatibility, availability, coverage, services or range of coverage of such cellular or other network or system rests solely with such operator and does not extend to the manufacturer, importer or seller of the Products.

10. Configuration and installation (assembly, connection, etc.) of the Products described in the documentation attached to it can be performed both by the user himself and by the specialists of the ASC of the corresponding profile and vendors (on a paid basis). At the same time, the person (organization) setting up the Products is responsible for the correctness and quality of the installation (setting).
We ask you to pay attention to the importance of correct installation and adjustment of the Product, both for its reliable operation and for obtaining warranty service. Ask the installer to enter all the necessary information about the installation in the warranty card.

We strongly recommend backing up all data that you store in the memory of your cell phone or other digital devices to an external storage medium.
The Manufacturer is not responsible for any possible harm directly or indirectly caused by the Product to people, pets, property if this happened as a result of non-compliance with the rules and conditions of operation, installation, adjustment of the Product; intentional or careless actions of the buyer (consumer) or third parties.
