Scope & Coverage

The 777 Days Warranty applies to INOI-branded products bought from authorized retailers.
It covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
The 777 Days Warranty duration varies by product.

What’s Covered?

Repairs or replacement for defects during the 777 Days Warranty period.
INOI may repair, replace, or refund (with depreciation) for faulty products.
Replacement items will have the same warranty duration as the original.

What’s Not Covered?

Normal wear and tear, unauthorized repairs, and modifications.
Damage from accidents, misuse, extreme conditions, or non-approved accessories.
Software issues, data loss, and third-party products.
Altered or removed product labels.

Warranty Periods

Selected smartphones, feature phones, and tablets: 777 Days Warranty.
Built-in batteries: 12 months.
Removable batteries, chargers, and accessories: 6 months.
No warranty for supplementary items like user guides or packaging.

Warranty Service Process

Contact an authorized service center (details on INOI’s website).
Provide proof of purchase for service eligibility.
Some countries require drop-off, while others need shipping.
Follow procedures (backup data, remove personal items) to avoid delays.

Replacement & Refund Rules

Eligible only in the country of purchase.
Within 7-30 days (varies by country) if:
- The product doesn’t match its description.
- There’s a manufacturing defect.
Refund/Replacement denied if:
- The product is damaged, missing parts, or has modified labels.
